- Recurring meet-ups every other Tuesday (see main site [1] for more info).
Suggested
- New venue open day
- Regular evening/weekend space openings
- Art in interesting places - possibility of hack/craft workshop weekend in city centre location. To propose event plan etc. to coordinator.
- Leeds Light Night open for submission. Suggested undertaking: LED throwies on Old Broadcasting Tower >:D (will need plan for cost, permission and perhaps a cherry picker to retrieve the batch)
- OSM mini mapping party - Holbeck needs mapping properly, and I'm considering mapping it over the easter weekend - if anyone wants an easy intro to OSM then now's your chance. --Nav 15:32, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Hack Day October 2009
HackDay October 2009 LHS' first full day hack event! Saturday 10th October at Old Broadcasting House

Outline
- We'll be having an Arduino around the (modern) camp fire evening.
- If you've been working on an Arduino project bring it in and show it off.
- New to Arduino? Come and chat with some people who like to think they know what there doing.
- Never heard of an Arduino, no worries come and hang out.
What We're getting upto

- People will be bringing in projects they've been working on
- Breadboard Based Arduino - [6] - (oomlout)
- Some LED Matrix Work - (oomlout)
- We'll have a few extra Arduino's and electrical bits about and loads of people who can help you start out playing around with one
- (I can bring four extra Arduino's, some jumper wires, breadboards, resistors LEDs, and the like) - an offshoot of having them in inventory (oomlout)
